YMCA Counselling Service @ March Library

Offers confidential short term individual counseling – usually six to eight sessions. Offers a range of short term non-judgemental talking therapies free to young people who want to talk through the emotions and issues that they are facing in their lives one-to-one. Young people get one fifty minute session a week at a set appointment time, same time, same place, same ounselin each week. Service is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Cruse Bereavement Care (Cambridge Branch)

Bereavement care open to all. Telephone helpline, individual help or counselling, drop-in coffee sessions, groups for the newly bereaved and those bereaved by suicide, children's play scheme and counselling for children. There is no charge for Cruse services however any donations are appreciated.
